THEATRE: Includes Kalonika in LYSISTRATA (Eyewitness Theatre Company, Canada), Juliet in ROMEO AND JULIET (Cleverpants Theatre Company, Barcelona), Algernon Moncrieff/Miss Prism in THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST (Manchester Central, Canadian tour) and Flora in PEACOCK BOY (Boojum Theatre Company). Venues include The Gate, Riverside Studios, Contact Manchester and West Yorkshire Playhouse. Lara’s musical theatre work includes lead female vocals in SINATRA & FRIENDS, SUMMERTIME SPECIAL (SG Productions) and Susan in COMPANY (Krisproductions). International tours include the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Spain, Canary Islands and Canada.

TELEVISION: Lara filmed the lead role as victim in CRIMEWATCH (BBC), Jane Green in MURDER GAME (BBC), and the Good time girl in an advert campaign for SHERYL CROW'S GREATEST HITS (Fold7).

FILM: Lara made her film debut as lead female Katherine in HIGHLY STRUNG for the award winning Anonymous Room.

VOICEOVER: Lara recorded Casta Castrensis for GRAVESTONES (Centre Screen Productions), four series as Bella the Bear for HELLO FREDDY! and narrator for four series of children's stories (both for Selt Publishing).
